IT Business Analyst

Job Summary The IT Business Analyst will support the design and implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) solutions, primarily using Apptio. This role will work closely with IT and business units to gather requirements, create process maps, and support financial and operational analysis to drive strategic decisions. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field Approximately 3 years of experience in business applications or systems analysis Working knowledge of TBM principles and experience with Apptio configuration is a plus Strong data integration, reporting, and automation skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor junior team members Education Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience Around 3-4 years in IT business analysis or related roles Experience collaborating with finance teams and supporting strategic initiatives Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development Performance Bonus
