About the Role As an IT Operations Administrator, you will contribute to the seamless operation and security of our IT business systems with a customer-focused, hands-on approach to delivering efficient and secure IT services. The role involves a combination of hard skills, including proficiency in identity and access management, endpoint configuration, and IT service management, as well as essential soft skills like problem-solving, communication, and a proactive attitude. Ultimately, the IT Operations Administrator is vital in maintaining a stable IT environment, enabling coworkers and fostering continuous improvement within the organization. What You Will Do Efficient resolution of day-to-day IT tasks and execute existing IT operations while continually improving and automating processes Work in agile environments, organize tasks in a ticketing system, and engage in daily time tracking Perform daily tasks which consists some of the following activities: Agile team ceremonies, ticket backlog grooming, incident management, change management, problem management, and endpoint configuration Actively engage with the user base, solicit feedback, and enhance processes for maximum user satisfaction Work with Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Atlassian, Jumpcloud, GenAI
