Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and customer engagement strategies. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, especially in a social media context. Strong communication skills with a focus on engaging and resolving customer concerns. Proficient in using social media tools and customer support platforms. Detail-oriented and capable of managing concurrent inquiries. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
