Java Backend Developer

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative remote environment. Remote Position – Strong English Skills Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks. Implement data processing pipelines with Apache Beam and deploy/monitor jobs on Google Cloud Dataflow. Ensure secure and efficient integration with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub. Write clean, maintainable code and perform thorough unit testing using JUnit. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Mandatory Requirements Java Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Core Java, Collections, and Concurrency; experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle. Apache Beam & Dataflow: Hands-on experience implementing Beam transforms (DoFn, ParDo, GroupByKey) and managing Dataflow jobs. GCP Fundamentals: Familiarity with Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, IAM roles, and security best practices. Testing & Quality: Ability to write unit tests (JUnit) and conduct code reviews effectively.
