About You:

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help us build, maintain, and scale our modern applications. Qualifications:

Proven experience in full-stack development (70 % java/30 % react) Solid knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, and React Familiarity with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines Willingness to mentor others and contribute to a strong engineering culture A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products

BackEnd:

Micro-service built on Java/Kotlin Spring Boot REST API with OpenAPI specification S3: MinIO used for storage of images and other data DB: PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle with a GraphQL layer

FrontEnd:

React, TypeScript Frontends monorepo orchestrated with Turborepo and pnpm All apps are bootstrapped with Vite Vitest is used for unit tests CSS: Our design system built on top of Stitches and Radix UI components

DevOps:

GitLab CI/CD Docker, Kubernetes

👋 Introduction Stage (~30 min.) Recruiter Screen 🧑‍💻 Team Interview Stage (~120 min.)

We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 2 - 2,5 hours and is divided into two stages:

Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min)

• An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min)

A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem. This is a practical, collaborative exercise designed to see how you approach challenges, communicate your reasoning, and co-create solutions in real time. 🎯 Final Stage
