Junior Graphic Designer

The Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our U.S. team remotely, based out of Houston, Texas. You will collaborate with our global creative and production teams to design high-quality visual assets across a variety of multimedia projects, from digital campaigns and animations to presentations and corporate storytelling materials. This role is ideal for a designer eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment, working on projects that span multiple industries and regions. This is for a 6 month contract position, but may be expanded for the right fit. Responsibilities Support senior designers and project managers in developing design assets for film, e-learning, and other digital media. Create visuals for presentations, storyboards, social media, and web content. Prepare and deliver artwork for both print and digital channels. Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials. Assist in concept development and motion design tasks when needed. Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute new design ideas. Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones. Requirements 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across print and digital media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential; After Effects or Figma a plus). Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Interest in multimedia storytelling. Excellent communication and time management skills. Self-motivated and adaptable to working remotely. May be possibility to meet with team or clients in person.
