As Junior Sales Operations & International B2B Support Manager (gn), you will support our Field Sales by taking on key administrative and operational tasks. You will work closely with the team and act as an important link between sales leadership, country teams, and cross-functional departments. This role is a fully remote position and can be located in the Netherlands, UK or in Germany. Flexibility to travel between our international locations in Austria, Switzerland, BeNeLux, UK and Italy around 2x/month is needed. Your mission You support the international B2B business by helping plan, set up, and improve essential processes You coordinate projects and daily operations across countries and teams You track and analyze KPIs, prepare regular reports, and suggest performance improvements You develop new KPIs and metrics that help scale the international business You help introduce new tools, processes, and standards (e.g., Lean methods, documentation, risk management) You act as a contact person for internal teams and key partners at an international level You support Sales Managers with major market projects and contribute ideas for scaling the B2B Sports business Your experience & skills You have experience in administrative, operational, or project support roles in Sales You bring strong self-organization and a structured, reliable work style You are open to new tools, processes, and ways of working You feel comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and basic analytics You enjoy working with multicultural and cross-functional teams You communicate clearly and confidently, with fluency in English, German skills are a plus Why choose us?
