We’re looking for a Sales Manager (DACH Region) to join our team in, Wingene, Belgium. Welcome to Syros For over 30 years, Syros has been the European reference for avocado products. With production sites in Wingene and Ostend and a team of 47 employees, we bring the tastiest avocado creations to the European retail and food service market. Since January 1st, Syros has been part of the Westfalia Fruit Group. We are an ambitious company with a core (literally 🥑) and are now looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role will cover key markets across the DACH region.

Bachelor's Degree

• You have experience in a commercial role, with a focus on either business development or key account management.
• A commercial mindset, strong ambition, and a strategic mindset.

You are commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills, able to identify opportunities and drive business growth. Ability to analyse sales data and pull reports to conduct business reviews and present to stakeholders. You are data-focused, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail. You use KPIs to track performance and inform strategic decisions. You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus. You are flexible and willing to travel across Europe as needed. We would love to see experience in the food industry as a bonus.
