    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Developer (Oracle Fusion) - Contract-to-Cash in the United States. As a Lead Developer specializing in Oracle Fusion ERP, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing financial modules, particularly around Contract-to-Cash, Project Billing, Receivables, and Collections. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring high performance and scalability. The role demands hands-on technical and functional expertise, as well as the ability to mentor and collaborate with teams across Finance, Product, and IT. Your contributions will directly influence process efficiency, system optimization, and the overall success of financial operations.

    Accountabilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions for Contract-to-Cash, Project Billing, Receivables, and Collections.
    • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, review code, and approve implementation within the SDLC.
    • Drive the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Financials to meet evolving business needs.
    • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Financials, addressing complex issues and root causes.
    • Develop reports using FRS, OTBI, and BI Publisher, and support onboarding of new legal entities and business expansion activities.
    • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Testers, Managers, and business partners across Finance, front-office, and back-office teams.
    • Conduct functional, technical, and performance testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
    • BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

    5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly in Contract-to-Cash and Project Billing. 8–10 years of experience in ERP-related roles, including analyst, tester, or technical ERP positions. Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with onboarding new legal entities into Oracle Fusion, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Cloud Scheduler, and ESS Jobs. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Digital A.I. or ServiceNow. Proven ability to present and communicate technical and functional issues in business-focused terms. Competitive salary range: $108,200 – $162,400, with bonus eligibility.
