    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle EPM professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of functional, technical, and administrative expertise across the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective solutions and implementing key EPM modules including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), and Narrative Reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in EPM solution delivery, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and providing ongoing support.     Responsibilities

    Essential Duties & Job Functions:

    • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM modules ARCS, FCCS, Planning & Budgeting, and Narrative Reporting in a hands-on capacity.
    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions that align with best practices.
    • Administer and maintain EPM applications, including metadata management, security setup, and performance optimization.
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and templates within EPM tools to support financial and operational reporting needs.
    • Provide technical and functional support for EPM-related issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
    • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational objectives.
    • Support integration of EPM applications with ERP and other external systems.
    • Document solution designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and audit requirements.

    Job Requirements

    Mandatory:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 5 years in a lead role covering both functional and technical responsibilities.
    • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ARCS, FCCS, Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS).
    • Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, and reconciliation processes.
    • Proficiency in EPM administration, including metadata management, user security, and application performance tuning.
    • Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and other Oracle reporting tools.
    • Experience with data integration tools and methods for connecting EPM with ERP and external systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective solutions for complex business requirements.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with finance and IT stakeholders.
    • Willing to travel up to one week per month to various sites, as required. Travel frequency may vary depending on company policies and business needs.

    Preferred:

    • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (ARCS, FCCS, Planning, Narrative Reporting).
    • Experience with Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and other Oracle reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for EPM integrations.
    • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
    • Prior involvement in large-scale Oracle EPM implementations or global rollouts.
    • Strong documentation skills, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and solution architecture diagrams.
    • Working knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server, OID, OAM, ESRI ArcGIS/SDE, Adobe FrameMaker, and VMWare VCenter are a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    • This position is primarily performed in an office setting using standard office equipment (desk, computer, phone, printer, copier, etc.).
    • Work may require occasional weekend work, evening work and travel.

    Work requires the ability to operate a computer and work in a standard office environment, effectively communicate information in verbal and written form, read and review information and charts, perform analytical thinking skills, use sound judgement, and travel via vehicle and plane.
