This role offers the opportunity to drive the evolution of enterprise-grade software solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, maintainable applications across cloud and on-premises platforms, while mentoring and guiding other engineers. · Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale applications using modern programming languages such as C# .NET 6+. · Develop, maintain, and optimize microservices and backend components in cloud-based or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. · Mentor and coach engineers to enhance team performance and promote software craftsmanship. · Contribute to technology roadmap decisions, evaluating and adopting emerging tools, frameworks, and methodologies. · Ensure system performance, scalability, and security through profiling, tuning, and adherence to API and architectural best practices. · Take ownership and accountability for the success and reliability of software delivered to partners and customers. · Proven expertise in modern programming languages, particularly C# .NET 6+, with experience in collections, lambdas, concurrency, and multithreading. · Strong knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as .NET Core, dependency injection, and ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework). · Hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices in production environments. · Cloud platform expertise (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP also acceptable) and familiarity with cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes). · Experience with relational (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). · Skilled in RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and API security best practices. · Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools such as MSBuild/NuGet. · Background in financial or lending technology, event-driven architecture, or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus. · Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular or React is a bonus. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. · Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to deliver complex, large-scale software systems. · Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. · Competitive compensation package. · Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid parental leave. · Company-matched 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program. · Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid volunteer hours. · Tuition reimbursement and charitable gift matching programs. · Access to Employee Resource Groups promoting diversity and inclusion. · Job-required equipment and services for remote or hybrid work. · Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and shape the technology roadmap.
