The role of the Legal Advisor with expertise in Public Procurement involves providing legal services to the subsidiaries of Quest Holdings SA on matters related mostly to the Greek Public procurement legislation delivering expert legal advice, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The role reports to the Legal Unit Manager.
Legal review of supporting documentation to be submitted in public tenders, as well as of contracts with partners, customers, and subcontractors within the Greek Public procurement framework for supplies and services; Provide legal advice and resolve complex legal issues related to public procurement procedures for supplies and services, as well as to contracts execution, in compliance with Greek public procurement legislation; Manage and resolve pre-contractual appeals and legal remedies, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary; Manage disputes with customers, vendors, or partners, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary; Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks related to company operations in Greece or International market; Support the Group’s projects and requests as part of the Corporate Legal Department Team; Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with Group’s policies and procedures. Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. Bachelor’s degree in Law. Master’s degree in Public Law is considered a plus. At least five (5) years of proven professional experience in a related legal field; Prior experience in the Information Technology industry would be considered an asset. Effective communication skills to work with various business stakeholders. Analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Highly organized, methodical and attentive to detail. Business-oriented mindset, ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
