About the team & role As a Legal Assistant - student, you will encompass variety of tasks including legal research, document preparation, day-to-day support tasks and more. This role is based in our Slovenian office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. What you'll do Support the legal team with day-to-day tasks. Review NDAs and other simple agreements. Draft less complex contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents. Gather and organize documentation for various legal matters. Research crypto, blockchain, and fintech regulations. Track and summarize key legal and regulatory updates in the crypto space. What you'll bring Consistent availability and reliability. Be in at least the 4th year of law studies. Strong command of Slovene and English, both written and spoken. A positive attitude, curiosity, and interest in crypto.
