We are seeking a strategic, results-driven manager to lead a high-performing scheduling team responsible for optimizing physician and advanced practice provider (APP) schedules. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, high-quality coverage, and seamless coordination across multiple clinical specialties and sites. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide actionable insights, and drive process improvements that enhance access to care. Accountabilities:

• Lead a team responsible for generating and posting physician and APP schedules across various specialties and sites, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize scheduling processes, improve response times, and reduce costs.
• Maintain real-time schedule accuracy and produce coverage summaries and performance reports for leadership.
• Assist with facility-specific physician panel formation during implementation, ensuring proper licensure and privileges.
• Manage escalations, coordinate with Practice Management leadership, and resolve coverage issues.
• Collaborate with technology and scheduling leaders to enhance systems, share best practices, and maintain operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing performance, payroll, and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in physician scheduling or workforce management.

• Prior management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, make data-driven decisions, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and focus on delivering results.
