
Bamboo Health is seeking a Market Development Director, an elite enterprise sales leader responsible for bringing our latest care navigation technology and services to market. This pivotal role will shape Bamboo Health’s next phase of growth and innovation by advancing both existing client partnerships and new business opportunities. The Market Development Director will focus on securing complex, high-value deals that meaningfully expand Bamboo Health’s enterprise value. The ideal candidate has a strong command of payer–provider dynamics and understands how to align incentives to accelerate market adoption. This individual will use that expertise to drive strategic market initiatives, elevate our commercial approach, and optimize sales performance across key segments.

Acts as a thought leader in shaping Bamboo Health’s broader growth strategy. In 12 Months Operates with full independence across the end-to-end enterprise sales process. Consistently achieves revenue targets while sustaining a robust pipeline that supports ongoing, predictable execution. Mentors less-tenured sales team members, strengthening overall commercial capability. Partners with cross-functional leaders to identify and execute collaborative opportunities that expand enterprise value across the business.
7+ years healthcare enterprise technology selling experience with track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
