Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Associate who will support the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy and assist in delivering our corporate communications plan. Work closely with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager to operationalise the marketing plans across Colonis’ product portfolio. Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant materials are developed, produced and distributed. Support the launch planning process for new products and lifecycle management initiatives for existing assets. Develop and deliver marketing content and campaigns aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring timely rollout across internal teams, partners, and relevant markets. Support the creation of on-brand marketing content — across the available marketing channels. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and event strategies Manage logistics for global events (CPHi , Trade shows, congress) Support the development and management of the website and social media presence. Working with Colonis’ PR agency, lead the execution of the corporate communications plan, ensuring alignment with Colonis’ brand voice, values, and external positioning. Ensure all external communications are appropriately reviewed, approved, and disseminated through the appropriate channels and meet objectives. Collaborate across Regulatory, Medical, Business Development, and Commercial functions to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging. Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and ensure campaigns are effective and targeted. Support preparation of internal and external presentations, including investor and partner meetings where relevant.
