Drive traffic to the HSO UK website and increase site engagement Improve engagement and following across HSO’s social media channels Increase performance of PPC channels REPORTING LINE
JOB FUNCTION
Implement paid digital advertising across LinkedIn and Google. Optimize all web content to increase its visibility search engine results, maximising traffic across the HSO UK website. Analyse HSO’s competitors’ digital positioning and approach. Record, edit, and produce podcasts and videos, including case studies and event footage. Report on campaign performance using social media reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio. Ensure all digital campaigns are tracked appropriately using Google Tag Manager, UTMs, etc. Review and amend existing website content to ensure it remains up to date. Work with third-party agencies when required. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role. Marketing communications experience. Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., email automation, CRM). Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. Comfortable working with data and reporting tools. LOCATION This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home combined with office collaboration as required. HOURS Normal office hours are 09:00 to 18:00 (with one hour for lunch). Salary We offer a competitive, market-aligned salary reflecting the skills and experience of each candidate. The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and based on current market benchmarks and individual qualifications.
