Marketing Manager (Growth & Brand)

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and resourceful Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Nafsi’s growth and brand. You’ll work directly with the C-suite to execute and scale Nafsi's marketing strategy: across paid campaigns, organic channels, and storytelling that drives both conversions and trust.

You'll oversee a team of marketing specialists (SEO, Meta, Content Creation) and work closely with the Business Development and Product team to execute the overall growth strategy. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in startups, healthcare, or consumer apps. Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Meta + Google Ads). Strong grasp of content marketing, campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and social storytelling. Analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign metrics, tracking, and ROI optimization. Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage remote collaborations Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Notion. Excellent communication (English & Arabic proficiency)
