Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee workflow, communication, and execution across our performance marketing ecosystem. This person will act as the central connector between creative strategists, designers, video editors, and media buyers, ensuring every project moves smoothly from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing, understands the full lifecycle of creative production and media execution, and is highly proficient in Notion, Figma, and the fundamentals of paid social advertising (Meta and TikTok). They will manage internal systems, monitor deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and proactively coordinate solutions to keep campaigns on track and on schedule. This is a highly operational role that demands strong organization, communication, and leadership skills. As the operational backbone of the marketing team, you ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and with precision.
