This is a remote position. Virtual Assistant - Front Desk Administrator
Part-time: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday) 9am-1pm CST preferred, open to flexible hours
Handle front desk operations and patient communications Manage insurance claims processing as they come in Process patient payments and billing Support client retention initiatives and patient engagement Conduct patient check-up calls and follow-ups Perform administrative tasks and back-office support Potentially make outreach calls to reactivate former patients Handle general administrative duties to support clinic operations
Experience in healthcare or medical administrative roles preferred Strong communication skills for patient interactions Familiarity with insurance claims processing and medical billing Ability to work independently in a virtual environment HIPAA compliance training and understanding of healthcare privacy requirements Proficiency with CRM systems and healthcare management software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with phone-based patient communications
