Tasks Develop and optimize the mobile app using React Native, ensuring smooth performance and scalability across both iOS and Android platforms. Implement and manage user behavior tracking, monitoring in-app interactions to understand user flow, retention, and engagement patterns. Integrate tracking tools for advertising platforms, like Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, and others, to support targeted ads and measure advertising effectiveness. Ensure app scalability and performance, identifying and resolving issues to enhance user experience. Manage technical aspects of mobile-focused product releases, working closely with the design, backend, and business teams. Requirements At least 4-5 years of experience in mobile development. Proficiency in React Native with a deep understanding of mobile app development. Ideally: Experience with native development (iOS and Android), to future-proof the app and facilitate a smooth transition when scaling. A Builder Mindset: You love startups, think like a founder, and take ownership of what you build. Strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with a small, agile team.
