Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $130,000.00 to $162,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing?
The Multi-Site Field Services Manager executes the vision and strategy of the multi-site Services organization. They are involved from the opportunity qualification process through delivery, ensuring quality execution while achieving cost objectives. The Field Service Manager oversees and directs a team of field technicians, both employees and contractors, responsible for onsite service, installation, maintenance, and support of company products and solutions. This role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, team productivity, and compliance with operational standards across multiple locations.
