Our model blends human-first relationships with tech-enabled access and support, helping patients experience care that is relational, collaborative, and never shame-based. We center autonomy, equity, and trust in every interaction. Our app, Callie, extends that experience between sessions. Designed to support recovery, Callie helps patients stay connected, informed, and empowered in their care. Every feature reflects our belief that technology should serve agency, not override it. What You’ll Do Provide virtual, 1:1 eating disorder nutrition counseling to adolescent and/or adult patients Practice within a non-diet, weight-inclusive, culturally responsive care model Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and evidence-based interventions aligned with each patient’s needs Document care clearly and on time using our secure digital platform Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other care team members for integrated, patient-led treatment Contribute to a strong referral network and positive reputation in the community Participate in team meetings, consult groups, and professional development opportunities Maintain a private, secure remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet What You Bring

Required:

Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Minimum 1–2 years post-internship experience providing eating disorder care Deeply aligned with Health at Every Size® (HAES), anti-diet, and body-liberation frameworks Committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered care

Preferred:

Licensed RD -WA, OR, TX, NY, in a Compact State (OH, TN, OK, AL, UT, IA, KS, MS, AR, NE, SD, ND, MT) CEDS or CEDRD credential (or actively working toward it) Certification in Intuitive Eating, Body Trust®, or similar Experience with adolescent/pediatric populations Familiarity with ACT, motivational interviewing, or somatic modalities What We’re Looking For Strong counseling and clinical skills with a compassionate, non-pathologizing approach Deep respect for client autonomy, body wisdom, and lived experience Clear, timely communicator and thoughtful collaborator Committed to unlearning bias and practicing inclusive, affirming care Self-directed and comfortable in a fully remote, tech-enabled practice Eager to grow with a team shaping the future of ED care What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $43 -55/hr, for billable time and $25-30/hr for administrative time.
