In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development. We’re looking for a National Director of Strategic Accounts to lead and grow a strategic sales team focused on Bevi’s largest clients. This team will be mapped to Bevi’s largest existing end customers as well as those with the most growth potential. In addition to developing strong customer relationships, the Strategic Accounts team will also lead outreach and sales efforts to Foodservice contractors and, in partnership with our Partner teams, other key channel partners (national and regional) with the goal of accelerating revenue growth and product adoption across the highest value customers. Strong experience in Foodservice, and ideally beverage industry experience, will be a significant advantage. This is a strategic role for a leader who thrives at consultative selling and also leads from the front. We are seeking someone who is passionate about documenting and sharing learnings to build scalable playbooks for the future. Your Day to Day Build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives dedicated to Bevi’s highest value customers Own and exceed revenue growth targets and product adoption for our largest end customers Document, refine, and share learnings to build repeatable playbooks for future team expansion Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior executives across our top customers and partners, opening doors and accelerating outcomes Own the strategy and partnership with Channel Partner Sales to maximize performance across our strategic accounts Influence and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Operations to shape solutions, value propositions, and plays that scale Champion a healthy, transparent pipeline and clear priorities, giving the team what they need to win, and helping the business plan with confidence Be in the field with regularity, meeting with clients and their most important partners and instilling a culture of excellence and accountability on the team Contribute to overall sales leadership and Bevi’s long-term strategy for market growth Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling Enterprise sales teams Deep expertise in Foodservice and/or beverage industry knowledge is a strong plus Comfortable leading teams through ambiguity, able to test, iterate, and adjust strategies quickly Data-driven operator who holds teams accountable to pipeline health, performance metrics, and results Strategic thinker who can balance experimentation with disciplined execution Skilled in designing go-to-market approaches for strategic accounts, and in building scalable sales playbooks Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally to tailor solutions for unique vertical needs Excellent communicator and leader who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders #LI-NP1 #REMOTE

Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, flexible spending accounts, flexible PTO, and more. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data. Pay Range $250,325—$309,225 USD
