As an Afspraakplanner, you will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments and coordinating services for our Dutch-speaking clients, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule appointments for Dutch-speaking clients with Proximus representatives. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding scheduling. Input and maintain appointment details in the CRM system with high accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless appointment coordination and follow-up. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the scheduling process. Stay informed about Proximus services and solutions to effectively assist clients. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset. Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and details. Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
