    Job Description

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is a dynamic and fast-growing BPO company based in South Africa, specializing in providing top-tier operational support to U.S.-based companies. We are not a recruitment agency—we are a dedicated extension of our clients’ teams, delivering high-quality service with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch. Our client is a US-based healthcare organisation supporting nurses across various facilities. They are seeking a proactive, empathetic individual to join their team and help ensure nurses feel supported and valued throughout their contracts. As a Nurse Engagement Coordinator, you will manage and support nurses, both current and prospective, ensuring they are engaged, heard, and well-supported. You’ll work closely with the team to track clinician engagement, identify those at risk of disengagement, and provide insights that help maintain a positive experience for all nurses.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time - subject to change depending on USA daylight savings).

Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.

    • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
    • Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Extract and analyse data from Coach Up Care to monitor clinician engagement, identify high-risk or flight-risk nurses, and send reports to relevant team members.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with nurses, capturing feedback and documenting engagement.
    • Record all interactions and relevant information in QuickBase.
    • Execute outreach tasks and targets assigned by the team lead.
    • Previous experience in employee engagement, client support, or a healthcare-related environment.
    • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally (HIPAA compliance).
    • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.

If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
