Role: Onboarding Talent Acquisition Specialist Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time USD Salary: $6 - $9 per hour | $960 - $1,400 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Lago is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process from the offer stage through to onboarding, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and facilitate a positive candidate experience. Your focus will be on enhancing our onboarding process, making sure it aligns with Lago’s culture and values. Responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and training schedules. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all pre-employment screenings and requirements are completed. Support new employees in their transition by providing necessary resources and information. Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience to implement improvements continually. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the onboarding process. Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. Assist with ongoing talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Previous experience in a talent acquisition or HR role preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
