Your Role We’re seeking an Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is designed for ambitious, hardworking, and quick-learning individuals who are comfortable handling diverse tasks and adapting to evolving priorities. A significant part of this role involves supporting our clients by working with structured processes, handling sensitive data, and completing both administrative and operational tasks. This role requires someone who is able to pivot seamlessly between structured, recurring tasks and urgent requests, managing multiple priorities across different projects or client accounts. This is a full-time remote position with the potential for growth for high performers. Candidates must be available during Eastern Time business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data across platforms with a high level of accuracy. Compile, organize, and process information into clear, structured reports. Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission. Follow and maintain SOPs, checklists, and established workflows to ensure high operational consistency and quality. Provide administrative and operational support on both recurring and ad hoc tasks. Support documentation and filing needs, including business, administrative, and government submissions. Highly proficient in Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot, Zapier/Make, and Excel/Spreadsheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and logical functions). Must own a computer and have strong proficiency with technology. Minimum 3 years of experience in a data entry or other operations-related field. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and growing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage issues independently. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Some experience working on Registry Complete would be an asset.
