Key Objectives As a Records Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating records in a timely and secure manner. Your work will ensure that critical information is easily retrievable and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Accurately organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records. Retrieve and provide records and documents as requested by team members or management. Ensure records are up-to-date, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping procedures and best practices. Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of records. Coordinate with various departments to collect and archive necessary documentation. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Support administrative tasks related to records management and data entry as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in records management or related field is a plus. Proven experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and standard office software (e.g., MS Office). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
