Partner Director - EMEA

Reporting to the Global VP Partnerships, this role will be responsible for building and managing partnerships in the EMEA region. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will work closely with the EMEA sales and GTM teams, leveraging partners to grow and accelerate revenue. What you’ll be doing… Develop and execute Visier’s EMEA partner growth strategy Build and manage existing partnerships with SI, Solution Provider, Advisory and Technology partnerships Recruit and onboard new partners with defined investments and joint business plans Track and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement Lead and execute cross-functional partner initiatives including marketing, legal, sales operations, and finance What you’ll bring to the table… 15+ years partner leadership experience with GSI, channel, services and technology partners Experience and familiarity with Human Capital Management industry and strong connection to HCM ecosystem Experience with workforce analytics, planning and org design preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Strong track record of quota and target attainment Strategic thinking and analytical skills Strong executive presence and communication skills Bachelor's degree, MBA Preferred 🌱 Most importantly, you share our values… You roll up your sleeves You make it easy You are proud You never stop learning You play to win 🚀 How we work & what we offer...
