People Analytics Intern

About the Role Get behind the scenes of fintech data! As a People Analytics Intern, you’ll support the People & Organization team in building automations, improving data quality, and developing insightful reports that guide decision-making. You’ll work with real organizational data, explore new tools, and contribute to projects that improve how we operate. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools. Build and optimize data pipelines that integrate P&O systems such as HRIS, ATS (Applicants Tracking Systems) and Excel trackers. Write and troubleshoot SQL queries and DAX measures for Power BI dashboards. Support in data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation processes. Collaborate with the P&O team to ideate and implement creative data solutions. What We’re Looking For GIU Student of fresh graduate in Data Science or Software Engineering.

Technical Skills:

Python (pandas, automation, API requests) SQL (data manipulation and extraction) DAX (Power BI calculations) Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots) Power Automate / Power BI experience is a plus Basic API knowledge and familiarity with OneDrive or Microsoft 365 tools

Soft Skills:
