This role is available on a full time or part time basis according to the needs and experience of the successful candidate. About the role As a P&C Business Partner, you’ll work closely with operational leaders in Melbourne and Adelaide to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a key contributor to national P&C initiatives, ensuring regional implementation is seamless and impactful. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnering Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and leadership capability. Partner with leaders to address workforce challenges and align people strategies with business goals. Deliver timely, solutions -focused advice on employment policies, procedures and employment related matters. Employee Experience & Engagement Champion initiatives that enhance wellbeing, engagement, and retention. Support continuous improvement incorporating employee feedback and engagement programs. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values. Lead regional rollout of national P&C frameworks and programs. P&C Operations Lead or support key P&C processes including performance reviews, remuneration, talent mapping, and L&D. Oversee day-to-day People & Culture operations across the region, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality service delivery Manage complex employee relations matters in collaboration with legal/IR specialists. Corporate Social Responsibility Build and maintain relationships with our charity partners and lead programs that support them. Lead CSR activities including the implementation of our Reconciliation Action plan and report on our CSR activities. About You Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people management. Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks. Proven ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and deliver people initiatives in complex environments. High level of emotional intelligence, communication skills, and cultural awareness. IT literacy in MS Office suite (Excel, Word & Outlook in particular). Excellent time management and organisational skills. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust. Outstanding attention to detail, strong commercial acumen. Commitment to compliance, safety, and ethical standards. Ability to identify and manage workplace risks. Completion of required compliance training and understanding of H&S processes. As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
