The People Programs Lead builds data-driven, consistent, and scalable programs that strengthen how we reward, develop, and engage our teams. In this role, you’ll design and manage systems across total rewards, job architecture, performance management, employee experience, and people analytics. You’ll also serve as the connective tissue across the People, Finance, and Operations teams, ensuring the organization runs on clear data, equitable frameworks, and repeatable processes that scale. Some days you’ll be modeling compensation data or refining leveling frameworks. Other days, you might be managing engagement surveys, optimizing workflows in Rippling, or coordinating the rollout of new People programs across 500+ employees. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves structure, systems, and data, and who wants to help build the foundation of a scalable People function. What You'll Do Support the design and administration of compensation programs, pay ranges, and job leveling frameworks. Maintain job architecture and title governance, ensuring roles are consistently defined and aligned across functions. Lead planning and execution of performance reviews, ensuring clear communications, alignment with company goals, and measurable outcomes that connect performance to rewards. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, compensation, and engagement trends. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leaders. Design and manage scalable programs that strengthen engagement, recognition, and retention. Use data to measure impact and guide continuous improvement. Create and maintain standard operating procedures, leveling guides, and program calendars to make People processes consistent and repeatable. Partner across the People Team to leverage Rippling for automation, reporting, and workflow improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in People Operations, Total Rewards, or Program Management.
Experience developing or managing job architecture, compensation, or leveling frameworks preferred. Background in high-growth or multi-site organizations preferred. Knowledge & Skills Strong program management and process design capabilities. Good understanding of compensation, job leveling, and performance systems. Ability to visualize and communicate data clearly. Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
