We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Team in Athens and support all Performance Marketing activities. The Performance Marketing Specialist will support managing all paid campaigns on Google as well as Meta & Tiktok and programmatic Ads. The ideal candidate should be responsible for effectively managing the paid budget and working closely and in alignment with the Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic and customers.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for continuous optimization Oversee budget allocation and ensure optimal distribution across channels to maximize results Drive and achieve performance targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives Write compelling ad copies for digital ads across various platforms Research and implement new strategies, trends, and best practices to enhance campaign performance Collaborate closely with BI, Product, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a Performance Marketing role Strong command of English, both written and spoken Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
