Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients by assisting them with inquiries related to property listings, sales, and rentals. Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties while addressing their concerns promptly. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and company offerings to provide tailored advice. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance the overall client experience. Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining organized records for compliance and quality assurance. Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or related industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
