Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information related to telecommunications products and services. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support for telecommunications services. Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction. Educate customers about product offerings, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for follow-up and continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service quality. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about telecommunications products and services.
