Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, automate workflows, and create custom business applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents). Build and configure data models within Dataverse and integrate with external data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, etc.). Automate workflows and optimize business processes through Power Automate and AI Builder. Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices are adhered to across solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing applications. Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to best practices for Power Platform adoption. Train and support end-users to maximize adoption and usability of developed solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in developing applications with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate. Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or other data integration points. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Understanding of governance, licensing, and security considerations in the Power Platform ecosystem. Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or related certification. Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or .NET for extending Power Platform solutions.
