The PR, Influencer and Events Lead will be responsible for developing and executing influencer partnerships, community engagement initiatives and brand events. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver campaigns that inspire our audience and strengthen our position as a leading fashion destination.
Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors to deliver engaging and authentic campaigns Oversee influencer outreach, negotiation, contracts and campaign reporting to ensure measurable impact and strong ROI Develop a calendar of influencer collaborations, product seeding and social content activations that reflect brand values and seasonal priorities Plan and deliver community events including product launches, pop ups and experiential activations that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, guest lists, budgets and on site execution Work with PR and social media teams to maximise event exposure across owned and earned channels Monitor influencer and event performance, producing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social platforms and event innovation within the fashion industry
