    Job Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join our team to support data-driven decision-making within the organization and take ownership of pricing data and reporting. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who loves problem-solving and enjoys working with data and financial processes. You'll play a key role in adding value and scalability to our operations while building valuable experience in healthcare finance and reporting.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to define reporting requirements and design data-driven solutions that drive business decisions.
    • Build and deliver comprehensive PBM pricing analytics including copay impact modeling, regulatory compliance reports, formulary analysis, and executive dashboards ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to develop dashboards, queries, and other reporting models to add scalability and value to our operations.
    • Maintain and govern pricing data assets, including drug lists, pharmacy network lists, and contractual terms, ensuring data integrity through systematic validation processes.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on Rightway's PBM data architecture and guide teams on data best practices.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and PBM best practices.
    • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis and reporting Experience developing reports within a dashboarding tool Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation SQL programming knowledge and experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills

    EXTRA CREDIT:

    • A knowledgeable individual with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the healthcare, insurance or PBM industry.
    • Python programming knowledge and experience
    • Experience with database management
    • SALARY: $70,000-$100,000/yr
    • Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
