Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity principles. Proficiency in solution selling, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms. Strong analytical and organizational skills for technical solution development and opportunity qualification. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Market awareness and ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity.
