Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. You will split your time between designing high-impact product experiences (≈60–70%) and marketing/web experiences (≈30–40%) for a B2B SaaS platform in the compliance and data intelligence space. As part of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Growth to simplify complex workflows, optimize conversion across the funnel, and drive measurable outcomes such as increased activation, improved first-pass approval rates, and clearer product value communication.

Requirements:

5–8+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products—especially data-heavy UIs and conversion-oriented marketing assets.

• Mastery of Figma (components/variants, auto-layout, prototyping) and familiarity with Tailwind/shadcn semantics for clean developer handoff.
• A portfolio showing measurable UX impact—activation, conversion improvements, or onboarding wins—with clear rationale.
• Strong UX writing skills and ability to simplify regulated or technical workflows.
• Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), performance considerations, and internationalization best practices.
• Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, Lottie, or After Effects for microinteractions and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with React/TypeScript component architecture and tools like Storybook.

• Experience designing A/B tests or using analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity).

Responsibilities:

Product Design (60–70%)

• Drive the full design lifecycle for core product areas (e.g., Evidence Viewer, Rules Builder, Supplier Portal): from discovery and wireframes to final handoff and QA.
• Translate regulatory and AI logic into clear UI states (loading, error, validation, SSE/WebSocket flows).
• Create usable data-heavy UIs: advanced filters, saved views, virtualized tables with hierarchy clarity.
• Contribute to design system patterns for accessibility, responsiveness, and international audiences.
• Work closely with engineers: write specs, participate in Storybook reviews, validate build parity.
• Marketing Design (30–40%)
• Design and improve pages like Industries, Solutions, Evidence Packs, and ROI narratives using Webflow/Framer and Figma.
• Create high-converting collateral: gated guides, one-pagers, webinar assets, and nurture campaign content.
• Help evolve the brand system—illustration, layout, and motion that enhances storytelling across surfaces.

Collaboration & Ops Lead or support lightweight research and usability tests; synthesize insights into meaningful design changes. Define analytics and UX KPIs; set up event tracking and dashboards. Maintain a public changelog and internal design backlog of continuous improvements.
