About this roll* (Responsibilities) Our Finance Platform underpins how revenue is recognized and cash is collected. As the Order-to-Cash Systems Product Manager, you’ll own the roadmap for the platforms and integrations that power quote‑to‑invoice, billing, payments, collections, and revenue recognition. You’ll partner with Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, Engineering, Tax, Legal, and Support to deliver scalable, compliant, and reliable Order-to-Cash capabilities. Scope & Outcomes Scope: Own a focused set of O2C domains (e.g., invoicing & billing operations, cash application, collections workflows, or revenue sub‑ledger). Impact: Deliver measurable improvements to core KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑invoice, billing accuracy, DSO, auto‑match rate for cash app, dispute rate, days‑to‑close). Behaviors: Operate with a builder’s mindset; bring clarity to ambiguous requirements; collaborate closely with Finance and Engineering; document decisions and trade‑offs. What you’ll do Own the O2C systems roadmap for your domains; translate business objectives into clear problem statements, requirements, and success metrics. Deliver product increments end‑to‑end: discovery → specs → acceptance criteria → launch → adoption → post‑launch readouts. Integrate systems across Salesforce/CRM, CPQ, billing/AR (e.g., NetSuite/Zuora), payment gateways, tax engines, dunning/collections, data warehouse/BI, and provisioning/entitlements. Improve core workflows: order processing, invoice generation, payments & cash application (lockbox rules), collections automation, dispute handling, credit & refunds, write‑offs. Define KPIs & dashboards for operational health, reconciliation (order → invoice → receipt → GL), and compliance reporting. Partner on controls with Controllership/Compliance to ensure SOX readiness, audit trails, segregation of duties, and release/change management. Run change management: UAT plans, training, and rollout communications; drive adoption with partner teams. Vendor & tool rationalization: contribute to build/buy assessments, RFPs, and contract renewals for O2C platforms. Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements) 4–7 years of product management or platform ownership, including hands‑on work with ERP/Finance systems or fintech platforms. Practical understanding of O2C processes in a SaaS, payments, or subscription business (billing schedules, proration, renewals, amendments, collections). Experience integrating major systems (e.g., Salesforce + billing/AR, payment gateways, tax engines) via APIs/iPaaS (Workato/MuleSoft/Boomi/OIC) and designing idempotent, reconciled flows. Strong analytical skills; comfort defining metrics/OKRs, writing acceptance criteria, and using SQL/BI to evaluate outcomes. Familiarity with compliance (SOX, PCI) and controls; disciplined change management and documentation. Clear, concise communication across Finance, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market stakeholders.

    Nice to have:

    • Exposure to Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Zuora, Stripe/Adyen, Avalara, FAH/SLA accounting flows, lockbox/cash‑app configuration.
    • Experience applying automation/AI to finance workflows (predictive collections, invoice classification, anomaly detection).

    The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
