We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead stablecoin-related initiatives in a fast-paced financial technology environment. This role requires balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility while managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality products that scale efficiently and meet regulatory standards. You will also influence product strategy, improve internal processes, and explore emerging technologies to enhance customer and partner experiences. 8+ years of professional experience, including financial services or management consulting with a focus on fintech.
Experience with hypothesis-driven development, agile methodologies, and A/B testing. Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams. Commercially minded, with an understanding of financial and business levers impacting product decisions. Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure. Familiarity with Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance, or blockchain is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required. Competitive salary range: $146,000 – $195,000 per year.
