Product Manager

SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT PRODUCT MANAGER We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of our ERP software solution (Iptor Unified Platform). We work with the Distribution, Warehousing and Manufacturing industries. You will act as a critical leader in delivering scalable, high-quality features that support operational excellence and deliver tangible customer value. This role require a strong sense of accountability, a focus on outcomes over outputs, and a commitment to empowering teams to deliver exceptional value.

Product Planning & Execution:

• Define and prioritize features that improve core functionalities such as inventory management, order fulfilment, and supply chain optimization.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Customer Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor the performance of core features, proactively addressing issues and driving enhancements.

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in ERP or B2B SaaS solutions.

• Strong understanding of core business processes in distribution, warehousing and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex requirements into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
