Responsibilities Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Drive execution of the feature roadmap and ensure user adoption and satisfaction. Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities. Lead planning, prioritization, and delivery within product teams, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met. Manage backlogs, milestones, and dependencies to deliver on commitments. Act as the product expert, handling escalations and communicating solutions with clarity and confidence. Stay agile, pivot priorities when needed in response to business or market shifts. Translate requirements into technical specifications and workflow documentation for engineering teams. 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS. Expertise in metadata management, data governance, databases, or data integrations at enterprise scale. Strong record of managing high-priority customer escalations and ensuring successful resolutions. Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with proven adaptability in dynamic environments. Resilience and composure under pressure during launches or critical deadlines. Experience developing requirements, specifications, and product documentation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
