Product Manager (Remote - US)

This role is designed for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager who can bridge the gap between customers, business objectives, and technology teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on digital products, audience growth, and monetization, driving measurable impact across multiple channels. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will translate user insights and business goals into actionable roadmaps, prioritize features, and support product launches from concept to execution. Your work will influence the user experience, enhance audience engagement, and contribute to overall business growth. This position requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment while delivering high-quality products that meet both user and organizational needs.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, coordinating with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between development teams and business stakeholders.
• Support product and feature launches, including user research, testing, training, and ongoing communication.
• Define and drive strategic initiatives to improve audience engagement, content strategy, and monetization.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the user journey and business outcomes.

2–5 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role.

• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and ability to execute toward business objectives.
• Familiarity with web development concepts and ability to collaborate with developers and designers.
• Knowledge of B2B digital marketing, advertising, and lead generation techniques. Publisher or agency experience preferred.

Understanding of human-centered design, SEO, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
