    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Strategy Lead (Product + Analytics), Remote in the United States. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives that shape the product roadmap by leveraging insights from internal analytics, external benchmarks, and industry trends. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Analytics, and Technology to inform decision-making, define processes, and establish standard operating procedures that improve efficiency and alignment. This position requires synthesizing complex data, evaluating trade-offs, and guiding leadership in strategic choices that impact the organization. You will operate in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment with opportunities to influence product vision and operational excellence. The role combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and relationship-building to ensure that technology and product investments deliver measurable business value.

    Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with business, analytics, and design teams to understand operational workflows and data gaps that influence strategic decisions.
    • Inform early strategic options and support trade-off decisions with internal stakeholders.
    • Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve cross-functional alignment and process transparency.
    • Identify relevant stakeholders and facilitate forums to secure buy-in and commitment from functional leads and executive leadership.
    • Document strategic decisions and communicate regularly with product leads and leadership teams.
    • Support organizational alignment and adoption of AI-enabled and data-informed practices across product initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s or other advanced degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Policy, or related fields preferred.

    6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy, or graduate-level analytical work.

    • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all organizational levels.

    Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high efficiency. Knowledge of SaaS or digital product development, digital health, or value-based care preferred. Experience using data to support strategic viewpoints and align senior stakeholders on decisions. Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions about strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments.
