This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Program Manager, Coach Network in the United States. In this role, you will lead and support a network of experienced business coaches, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver high-impact coaching experiences to clients. You will act as the strategic and operational anchor for coach onboarding, engagement, and utilization, while serving as the primary liaison between coaches and internal teams. This position requires balancing day-to-day execution with continuous program improvements, data analysis, and feedback loops. You will play a critical role in strengthening the link between coach excellence and client outcomes, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Success in this role directly impacts the growth, satisfaction, and effectiveness of both the coach network and the clients they serve.
3–5 years of experience in program management, customer success, operations, or enablement.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, or operations teams. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to change. Comfort facilitating group discussions or virtual trainings. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Enthusiasm for supporting entrepreneurs and small business success. Competitive salary range ($64,000–$75,000 base with 15% variable component, OTE $75,000–$88,000). Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
