● Goal 1: Enhancing Data Quality and Availability ● Ensure the availability of high-quality, diverse data sets to support the training and optimization of large language models. ● Implement best practices for data collection, annotation, and validation to maintain data integrity and relevance. ● Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
● Goal 2: Driving Operational Excellence ● Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. ● Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the business unit. ● Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
● Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. ● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. ● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. ● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. ● Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. ● Report and escalate issues to management as needed. ● Perform risk management to minimize project risks. ● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. ● Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on data services or machine learning projects. ● Strong understanding of data management principles and practices. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. ● Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. ● PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is a plus. ● Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.
