Overview/ Job Responsibilities The Program Support Analyst will work to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) providing IT core management components and service areas, including cross-cutting services that support the government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global NOAA IT needs.
Clean storage rooms each month. Assist Government Administrative Officer with administrative tasks. Man the NCEP OD director's front desk, greet visitors and answer incoming calls. Assist Government staff with planning and scheduling conferences Schedule monthly NCWCP Tennant board meetings. Record and publish meeting notes and outcomes. Plan, coordinate, and document tours of the NCWCP facility. Document all tenant issues in the NCWCP issues log. Verify that the appropriate NCWCP representative addresses reported tenant issues. Assist Government staff in developing and delivering the annual building spending plan. Track and report on the status of all items contained in the building spending plan. Review, track, and report the status of all GSA RWA packages. Assist the Government in the administration of vendor service contracts. Assist the Government in the development/review of SOWs and vendor quotes and proposals related to the NCWCP facility. Respond to NOAA data calls regarding facility operations and maintenance plans. Create new SOPs and manage/update existing ones. Manage calendar for Director and Deputy Director. Coordinate quarterly and semi-annual NCEP meetings. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role At least 2 years of administrative support experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Experience with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Motivated and flexible attitude with a strong ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills Eligibility/Clearance Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a security badge to enter the applicable government facility About Sev1Tech LLC Founded in 2010, Sev1Tech provides IT, engineering, and program management solutions delivery.
